Our Company Leadership
Ron V. Rodriguez, founder of Innov8energy, Benefit LLC, previously served as Vice President of Business Development at Clean Currents, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in the company’s growth from its inception. His leadership in sales contributed significantly to Clean Currents recognition on Inc. Magazine’s annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. During his tenure, Mr. Rodriguez also supported Clean Currents client Foulger-Pratt Management, Inc. in attaining the EPA’s “Top Green Power Purchase” award and was invited as a plenary panelist for the EPA’s Green Streets, Green Jobs, Green Towns forum.
Mr. Rodriguez’s commitment to environmental sustainability extends beyond his corporate achievements. He actively participated in the Montgomery County Sustainability Working Group, contributing to the development of a draft Climate Protection Plan. He was also selected by the U.S. Green Building Council’s National Capital Region to help establish a local chapter in Montgomery County, where he served as a founding board member.
Additionally, Mr. Rodriguez represented Maryland as a Member of the Air and Climate Public Advisory Committee (ACPAC) for the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG).
Prior to innov8energy and Clean Currents, Mr. Rodriguez managed L-3 Communications’ ethics training program for more than 2,000 employees, including all new hires. He collaborated closely with the Training Manager and Ethics Officer to address and resolve issues, organized and audited historical training data, and contributed to the development of a training tracking tool to measure employee progress.
