Our Company Leadership
Ron V. Rodriguez, founder of Innov8energy, Benefit LLC, formerly served as Vice President of Business Development at Clean Currents, Inc. He was an integral part of Clean Currents’ success since the company’s inception. His sales accomplishments earned Clean Currents recognition in Inc. Magazine’s annual list of the fastest growing private companies in the nation. During his time with the company, he helped Clean Currents client Foulger-Pratt Management, Inc. in attaining the EPA’s “Top Green Power Purchase” award and was selected as a plenary panelist for the EPA’s Green Streets, Green Jobs, Green Towns forum.
Mr. Rodriguez’s commitment to the environment led him to participate in the Montgomery County Sustainability Working Group to help create a draft Climate Protection Plan for the County. He was selected by the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) National Capital Region (NCR) to assist in spearheading a local chapter in Montgomery County, and to become one of its founding board members.
In addition, Mr. Rodriguez served as a member of Rep. Donna Edwards (D-Maryland, 4th District) Small Business Advisory Council. He is a graduate of George Mason University in Government & Politics and has more than 12 years of success in business development, account management, and staff training.
Prior to innov8energy and Clean Currents, Mr. Rodriguez managed L-3 Communications’ ethics training program for over 2,000 employees, including all new hires. He worked in close collaboration with the Training Manager and Ethics Officer to address and resolve issues, organized historical training data and performed regular audits, and assisted in the development of a training tracking tool to measure employee progress.
